In the case study, Carol-Anne spearheaded the design and implementation of a Conversational AI Concierge, leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence and Digital People avatars to redefine customer engagement in banking.

 

The system uses conversational AI to provide a human-like, personalized experience, allowing customers to interact with virtual concierges for tasks ranging from account inquiries to scheduling appointments. The AI concierge offers seamless service across multiple touchpoints through natural language processing and machine learning, fostering banker efficiency and customer satisfaction. Carol-Anne ensured the AI-driven interactions were intuitive, accessible, and empathetic, pushing the boundaries of conversational AI in the banking sector.

Carol-Anne Ryce-Paul led the design and development of an innovative branch authentication system integrating QR code, NFC, and facial biometrics to create a seamless and secure banking experience. The solution allowed customers to authenticate their identity once and remain verified throughout their branch visit, reducing fraud and streamlining customer interactions.
