ABOUT CAROL-ANNE'S TIME AT CHASE

Carol-Anne Ryce-Paul was hired as the Senior User Experience Designer for the Branch Innovation Lab at JPMorgan Chase in Harlem, New York City, in 2019. The Lab team focused on introducing innovative retail and technology ideas to the branch environment for Chase branch bankers and customers. Carol-Anne left her role as the Vice President and User Experience Design Lead for the Branch Innovation Lab.

Carol-Anne firmly believed in making empathy, equity, accessibility, and inclusivity the foundation of her design practice. She designed experiences prioritizing the human experience across formats, channels, and platforms, unifying physical and virtual branch experiences.
